Our collaborator is an online wine shop with the aim to revolutionize the wine market providing experts recommendations to their customers. In Spain, they are based in Barcelona, but they are operating in 14 countries all over the world is a market leader in the online wine selling market.
Their customer service team is not the typical help-desk department or call-center isolated from the rest of the company and always working with headphones on. They are a team of more than 37 people (and growing!) and they all share the same open space of work. This greatly facilitates communication and helps them to grow their brand and become more competitive in their market, all in a very pleasant and professional working environment.
German and English fluent
Minimum 6 months
With people skills, a positive and communicative attitude. The voice and the words used with the clients must denote joy and professionalism
Be a proactive consumer/client oriented person
Willing to help the company grow
It is essential that the intern is organized and autonomous.
They use the Zendesk tool to manage the flow of emails and incidents with their customers and partners.
However, beyond the tools, it is essential that the person who integrates the department knows how to prioritize tasks is detailed and, at the same time, can manage any unforeseen event that comes out of their routine or the order of the day.
700 € full time position
